About me
Sharon Janak earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University in May 2013. After practicing for several years as a staff pharmacist, she decided to pursue a career in ambulatory care. Upon completion of her PGY-1 residency, Sharon plans to continue her pharmacy career as a PGY-2 ambulatory care resident at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. Her goals include becoming a board-certified ambulatory care specialist, working as a clinical pharmacist in an outpatient setting, and precepting pharmacy students.
