About me
Peaches Brown, PharmD, is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident in Ambulatory Care Settings at Bayhealth in Delaware with interests in ambulatory care, population health, chronic disease management, and medication optimization. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Nashville, Tennessee. During residency, Dr. Brown has gained experience in family medicine, anticoagulation, transitions of care, and population health while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Following residency, she plans to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia, to pursue a clinical ambulatory care role focused on primary care and chronic disease management. She also hopes to precept pharmacy students and residents and contribute to the development of future pharmacists through mentorship and teaching.
