About me
My name is Michele Mathew (PharmD, RPh) and I am a PGY-1 pharmacy resident at Staten Island University Hospital - Northwell Health. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University in 2025. My current interests include diabetes, cardiology, and heart failure. My career goals include becoming an internal medicine clinical pharmacy specialist and attaining the pharmacotherapy specialty certification (BCPS). I am currently a member of the Royal Counties New York Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
