About me
My name is Kirstin Wade. I have a PharmD and MBA from East Tennessee State University. I am currently a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia. I have accepted a PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency position at Children's National Hospital in Washington D.C which I will begin on July 1st, 2026. I am a member of ASHP, VSHP, and PPA.
