About me
I am Caroline Cullen, PharmD, RPh and I am currently a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident at Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I completed pharmacy school and obtained my PharmD at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I am a current member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
